The Playhouse is located at 25 Powers Court in Westport, Connecticut, directly off of the Post Road. We are accessible via car, Metro North, and local bus and shuttle services.

By Car

From New York City and Points South

Via I-95 (Connecticut Turnpike)
Take exit 17, then a left onto Route 33 North. Take a right onto Route 1 (Post Road), and the Playhouse will be on your left after five traffic lights.

Via Merritt Parkway (Route 15)
Take exit 41, then take a left onto Route 33 South. Take a left onto Route 1 (Post Road), and the Playhouse will be on your right after five traffic lights.

From New Haven and points north

Via I-95 (Connecticut Turnpike)
From exit 18, merge right on to Sherwood Island Connector. Take a left onto Route 1 (Post Road). The Playhouse will be on your right after four traffic lights.

Via Merritt Parkway (Route 15)
Take exit 42, and turn right onto Route 57. Follow CT-Route 136 South to Route 1 (Post Road). Take a right onto Route 1, and the Playhouse will be on your right.

By Public Transport

Via Metro North

Take the New Haven Line from Grand Central Station (in NYC) or Union Station (in New Haven, CT) to the Westport station. There is a taxi stand at the train station and other ride-sharing services (Uber or Lyft) are readily available, or you may use Wheels2U Westport, an on-demand door-to-train platform shared ride service.

VIA BUS

The Playhouse is accessible by bus via the Coastal Link (Norwalk Wheels Hub X). It runs from Milford to Norwalk roughly on the half hour and makes major stops along the way, though you can request to be dropped off right at Post Road and Powers Court.

Parking

Parking is available free of charge to patrons of the Playhouse. Parking is at your own risk and the Playhouse will not be held liable for damage to or theft of your vehicle or its contents. As parking is limited, please arrive early and carpool when possible. Ample parking for patrons with special needs is available. Please visit our Accessibility page for more information.
