REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Can’t attend? Subscribers may exchange to any other performance of the same production for free. If the exchange is made after the ticketed date, a $5 per ticket fee will apply. Single Ticket Buyers may exchange to any other performance of the same production for a $5 per ticket fee. Any single ticket exchanges made after the ticketed date, a $10 per ticket fee will apply. If you cannot attend any other performance of the production, please consider donating your tickets to the Playhouse.

BOX OFFICE HOURS
Out of an abundance of caution for our WCP community, the box office window will not be opened Tuesday through Friday as previously scheduled. If you would like to speak with a box office representative, please call 203-277-4177 and leave a message. Messages left Monday through Friday will be returned within 24 hours. Messages left Friday evening through Sunday will be returned on Monday.

BOX OFFICE HANDLING FEES
There is a $4.00 per ticket handling fee for ticket purchases on our website or by phone. For tickets priced below $25, the handling fee is $3.00 per ticket. There are no handling fees for in-person purchases at the box office. A $5.00 handling fee applies to all subscription orders.
Occasionally outside events are presented at the Playhouse. These events have strict no refund or exchange policies. Additionally, Playhouse gift certificates cannot be used for tickets to these events.
