We will explore the world documented in A Secret Love, Pat and Terry's life and experiences, and how they relate to our society today. Hosted by friend of the Playhouse, Mina Hartong, an award winning comedienne who has performed internationally from Amsterdam to New York, the event will be a panel discussion with the filmmakers along with local LGBTQ community partners, plus a special appearance from Pat Henschel.

About the film
For over six decades, Pat Henschel and Terry Donahue presented themselves to the world and to family as friends. But the devoted lesbian couple had also built a complex community where their partnership was safe, open and free. View a trailer for the film here, and be sure to watch it on Netflix prior to the event!
The film blossoms during these sequences, when it explores how, in a troubling time, Terry and Pat carved their own space for freedom and bliss. THE NEW YORK TIMES
