Tamika Pettway studied Theatre Arts at Eastern Connecticut State University, and has been performing on various stages throughout Connecticut and New York for the past 10 years. Past credits include Skeleton Crew,The Royale, Sunset Baby, and Milk Like Sugar at Collective Consciousness Theatre; Comedy of Errors and Romeo and Juliet at Elm Shakespeare Company. Other credits include Sins of the Father, A Raisin in the Sun (Beneatha), Dreamgirls (Michelle Morris), Hairspray, The Colored Museum, Lifetimes on the Streets, To Kill a Mockingbird and the independent film Blood Descendants as Janet Moore.
